Growing up, Irena was an avid reader, writer and tennis player, and was drawn to investing due to the similar interplay between narratives, strategy and competition. Irena has a strong appreciation for Burgundy’s bottom-up investment approach and its focus on long-term value. She is looking forward to the opportunity for continuous learning, especially within the Canadian small-cap universe.
