Stephen first joined Burgundy as an intern 15 years ago. During his internship, he quickly realized that Burgundy was the right environment to learn and practice the craft of investing because of its investment philosophy, independent research focus and most importantly, its willingness to stand apart from the crowd. As a Portfolio Manager on Burgundy’s Canadian large-cap equity team, he helps identify, analyze and monitor both potential and existing portfolio companies.
