Having started his career in the throes of the Global Financial Crisis, Shea was quickly exposed to the negative impact that poor investing practices can have on people. This experience left an indelible mark on him that sound fundamentals, honest communication and ethical standards should act as a North Star when investing client capital. In addition to working with Burgundy clients, Shea is an active athlete and outdoorsman. He can often be found ski touring or mountain biking in the B.C. backcountry.
