HERE’S HOW TO LOGIN

Hello and welcome to the all-new Burgundy Asset Management Portal.

In this video, we are going to explain in a few simple steps how you can log in to the Burgundy portal for the first time. We’ll also show you some key features of the portal experience.

We’ll start with the two-step verification process, then, show you how to register, and finally give you a quick portal tour.

Please check your inbox for a “Welcome to the Burgundy Portal” email from the sender “Burgundy Portal” confirming your user name.

Click on the link to go to the registration page and set up your account.

You will be asked to enter a six-digit numerical Verification Code, which we have sent to you via email or SMS messaging.

Please locate the six-digit numerical code and enter it into the registration page. Note that this code will expire within 10 minutes.

Once the code has been entered, you will be asked to create a password to complete your registration. Make sure that the password is a minimum 8 characters long and includes at least one letter and one number.

Confirm your new password by typing it again into the Confirm New Password field. Once completed, click the Change Password button to continue.

Next, as part of our standard requirements, we ask you to carefully read our terms and conditions, and when completed, check the box at the bottom of the page: “Yes, I agree to the Terms & Conditions”. Then, hit the Submit button.

Congratulations! You have successfully registered and can now access your Burgundy Portal.

Continue watching for a tour of the Burgundy Portal. At the top of the page, next to the Burgundy logo, you will see a list of horizontal menu items.

The first item shown will be your “Dashboard”. The dashboard highlights key account information such as the market value of your investments and rate of return. This is available to view by customizable time frames.

Accounts will give you details around market value, annualized returns, holdings and more.

When you select transactions, you will be shown your transactions for the quarter to date, with the ability to view other dates using the customizable date range.

Documents gives you access to all statements and reports related to your accounts, with the option to download them. This is also where you’ll find your year-end tax statements.

Contact Us provides you with an easy form to get in touch with your Burgundy service team.

For an overview of your contact details, simply click your profile name on the top right of the screen. Under profile information, you can make changes to your email address and phone number.

How do I request access?
Please contact us by email (portalsupport@burgundyasset.com), phone (1 888 480 1790), or reach out to your Burgundy Team directly to request an activation email.
I’m having trouble logging in / I’m locked out
There are a number of reasons why this may be happening, including an expired activation email, too many incorrect login attempts, or you are not receiving your two-step authentication code.

If you fail to log in with your correct password three consecutive times, your account will be temporarily locked and you must wait to try again or reset your password.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. The Burgundy Portal is a secure digital environment. We continuously monitor and test its security to ensure your information is not compromised.
What browsers are supported?
We recommend using the latest version of the following browsers for the best experience:

- Microsoft® Edge
- Mozilla® Firefox®

Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported.
Can I access the Burgundy Portal on my phone or my tablet?
Yes. You can access the portal via desktop or mobile browsers.

A mobile app is also available for iOS (Apple) and Android devices, which can be downloaded to your mobile phone or tablet.
Can I access the previous version of the Burgundy Portal?
No. You can request access for this new portal, or contact your Burgundy Team for historical information for your accounts.
