Kyle grew up playing a variety of sports and remains an avid runner today. He believes that many of the qualities required to be a successful runner such as discipline, consistency and patience are equally applicable to successful investing. It was Burgundy’s investment philosophy of thinking like owners, with a focus on long-term absolute returns, that attracted Kyle to the firm. Kyle enjoys the continuous learning experience that investing brings and is currently enamoured with his research into European businesses.
