Micha began her career in finance in 2007 at a large mutual fund company mere months before the financial crisis began. It was a difficult event to experience at the beginning of her career, but she learned many valuable lessons that she carries to this day. One of the lessons learned was the importance of sound investment philosophy and discipline when it comes to investing. In 2011, Micha pursued a position with Burgundy based on its quality-value investment philosophy and its client-first culture. Having spent time initially with the Institutional Group, she found her true passion in working with private clients. For Micha, helping clients with their financial goals by gaining a deeper understanding of their unique needs is rewarding.
