From an early age, Allan was fascinated by business. To him, financial statements weren’t just numbers on a page, they represented the pulse of a corporation. Through those statements you could see the evolution of a company. Why did some businesses thrive, while others withered? This question always captivated Allan. He has been pursuing his passion of investing in public equities for the past 30+ years. During his career, he has had the opportunity to meet some of the greatest business people. He considers having access to these visionaries – many of whom started with nothing and went on to create billion-dollar companies – one of the most rewarding parts of his job.
